For color services we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend slots. Cuts and blowouts can usually be booked within a few days.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window carry a 50% service fee, which we'll always waive for genuine emergencies — just call us.
Yes — a free 10-minute in-person or video consultation is included with every first-time color booking, so there are no surprises on the day.
Please do. Reference photos are the single biggest factor in getting a result you'll actually love, especially for color and nail art.
Every product line in the studio is cruelty-free, and we carry ammonia-light and vegan options on request.
Riverside has free off-street parking directly behind the studio. Downtown has metered street parking on Marlow Avenue and Fifth Street, which gets tight after 5pm — if you're booking an evening appointment and driving, Riverside is the easier option.
