What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window carry a 50% service fee, which we'll always waive for genuine emergencies — just call us.
Can I bring reference photos?
Please do. Reference photos are the single biggest factor in getting a result you'll actually love, especially for color and nail art.
