So every appointment opens with a proper consultation. We look at your growth patterns, density, and how much time you genuinely want to spend styling in the morning — then agree on a shape that works on both a good day and a rushed one. If a reference photo won't sit the way it does on the model, we'll tell you before we start cutting, not after.
The cut itself is done section by section and checked dry as well as wet, because hair only shows its true fall once it's out of water. We finish with a full blow-dry and walk you through how to get the same result yourself — which product, how much, and where it actually goes.

- Wash with lukewarm water — hot water lifts the cuticle and dulls shine.
- Use heat protectant every time you use a dryer or iron, without exception.
- Book your next trim at 6–8 weeks for short shapes, 8–10 for longer ones.
- Fine hair: apply product at the root and mid-lengths only, never the ends.

Signature Cut & Style questions
About 45 minutes including the consultation, wash, cut, and blow-dry. A significant restyle or very long, thick hair can run to an hour — we'll flag that when you book rather than rushing the finish.
No need — a wash is included, and seeing your hair in its normal state actually helps. Come with it dry and styled the way you'd usually wear it so we can see how it behaves.
Please do. Photos tell us far more than words about the length and weight you're picturing. We'll be straight with you about how the cut will translate to your hair type — sometimes the honest answer is that we can get you 80% of the way there.
Every 6–8 weeks for short cuts and fringes, 8–10 weeks for mid-length, and up to 12 weeks if you're growing length out and only need the ends tidied.
